President Pam Claughton founded Custom Search Group, Inc. in 2005, after ten years with a Boston based search firm, where she was one of the founders of their interactive technology division. Always a top producer in the company, she decided to open her own boutique recruiting firm to specialize in the searches that she enjoyed working on the most, and where she had the most success and the deepest networks, senior level marketing and technology.

     Pam graduated with a B.S. in Communications from Florida Southern College. She began her career as a journalist with the Tampa Tribune, then moved into Advertising Sales with Boston area radio and newspapers before finding her true niche in recruiting.
